#11 Problems with countme-update.sh on log01
Closed 3 years ago by nphilipp. Opened 3 years ago by asaleh.

There are problems with the script /usr/local/bin/countme-update.sh which is causing it to count off by one. This seems to be causing it to try parse logs for dates which don't exist yet and so it doesn't properly update files.

The file lives in ansible repo: roles/web-data-analysis/files/countme-update.sh

@asaleh I don't see where this script deals with numbers, i.e. where it could count wrongly. Would you explain what symptoms you see that can be attributed to being off by one?
