As a person working on DNF counting,

I want that only one "official" copy of it exists one log01,

to prevent odd behavior if old versions that happend to be around are used from scripts.

Acceptance Criteria

• The RPM package (see #41) is installed
• Other copies (see background) are removed

Background

Smooge ran into odd behavior because there was an old version of mirrors-countme in /usr/local which was used installed from the git repo clone in the home directory of the countme user, but never updated.
