Story

As a developer working on mirrors-countme,

I want to know how to roll a release upstream and downstream,

so I can make changes available to be installed.

Acceptance Criteria

Documentation exists on these topics:

  • tagging a release in the upstream repo
  • creating the release tarball and uploading it to the release folder
  • building the corresponding Fedora/EPEL package
  • submitting Fedora/EPEL updates
  • tagging in *-infra tags

This builds in top of infra-docs-fpo#7 which needs to be reviewed and merged first. this has been merged in the meantime
