urllib3 2.0 fixes for tests suite

The patch doesn't apply cleanly. I think your tree may be slightly out-of-date.

But boy are the tests a mess in general. They run into a bunch of problems on Fedora because security policy is significantly tighter (e.g. no TLS < 1.2). dbm is no longer supported in NSS.

When I was finally able to get the tests to run at all more than half failed, mostly due to the security policy.
