We need to know if new commit is push into dist-git, if functionality remains or if it is broken.

Hi, actually it is coveded by:
https://pagure.io/modularity-testing-framework/blob/master/f/examples/testing-module

but in pagure it is problem to schedule these tests (there is jenkins without root access) so unable to run testsuite there.

Now it has to be triggered manually. It is not nice, but at least somehow done
