Section Step 2: Get your module definition in place

This makes it appear that modules live somewhere else when they apparently do not. I followed the instructions and had the ticket closed as invalid because the package exists.
So make clear that package == module ?
Or provide instructions for what to do for existing packages converting to modules.
Sigh, I see. Someone who I don't even recognize created a module about 8 months ago.
