#144 Document implications of setting "default module stream"

As pointed out in this discussion [1], there are not clear the implications of setting "default module stream" from documentation [2]. It would be nice if the documentation can discuss the impact of setting "default module stream" on "dnf install foo". Would there be installed the non-modular foo or the modular foo if there is "default module stream" set.
