Seems like there are a lot of tasks stuck in the init state

Please report this issue to Fedora-releng, as they maintain that instance
of MBS.

As far as I know stuck MBS is handled by infrastructure. Somebody already did it https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/issue/10795 and he was redirected to https://pagure.io/releng/issue/10850.
