Looks like a simple enough python package, and all the deps are already in Fedora

Requires numba and a few other bits, so this can't currently be packaged.

Hi @ankursinha, I'm one of the core developer of Frites. Numba should be an optional dependency, it shouldn't be required for installing Frites. Let me know if I can help.
