A minor re-organisation. The main files have been renamed to "fedora-comp-neuro", since this is all for the computational neuroscience image. We'll have a neuroimaging image when we have more neuroimaging software packaged up.

The neuro-gnome-common.ks file will be used in all neuro related images---comp neuro, neuroimaging, (any other use cases that we may find later).

I made some edits on the readme to update the file names to represent the changes mentioned above.

I noticed the lxde files are still there. I believe they can be removed from the final repo.
