#115 can't run tests with tox -e py35

tox -e py27,py35,flake8 failed with

Modules/errors.h:8:18: fatal error: lber.h: No such file or directory

include "lber.h"

^
compilation terminated.
error: command 'gcc' failed with exit status 1

This is because I did not have openldap-devel installed in my box. I guess we probably should update the doc to recommand people to use that Vagrantfile to set up a dev env and run the tests inside it?

The docs are also wrong, testing should be done using "make check".

And the latest version of kobo on pypi (0.5.2) has some incompatible code with python3 which breaks the tests under python3, I has opened an issue against kobo: https://github.com/release-engineering/kobo/issues/53

OK - we can probably update the docs while waiting on the kobo fix.
