I was referred here by the package maintainer documentation. I'd like to get some space on fedorapeople.org to upload packages.

I've added you to a group which will give you fedorapeople space. Once things propagate through the system (could take up to an hour) you should be able to access fedorapeople as described in http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/fedorapeople.org
