I am the maintainer of freeradius and a Red Hat employee. We want to transition ownership of the package to a new hire by having him become a co-maintainer, I will mentor him. I believe his Fedora account username is nkondras, his name is Nikolai Kondrashov and his email is Nikolai.Kondrashov@redhat.com.

Please add Nikolai as a co-maintainer of freeradius. Thank you.

He should just apply for the ACLs there and you'llbe able to approve him yourself:

Except that they were not in the packager group. ;)

I have sponsored them into the group, so they should now be able to request acls.
