I'm the package owner for cifs-utils and would like to allow Sachin Prabhu (sprabhu) to co-maintain the package with me (and to likely take it over eventually). I'm not a sponsor myself, but I can help mentor him in the packaging guidelines. Can you add him to the "packager" group?

I've added them to the packager group.

They should now be able to go in and request acls for the package.
