Hi, I am looking for a place to host a new package I am willing to package for Fedora.

Hello jenstimmerman!

I just gave you sufficient permission for using webspace on fedorapeople. You should be able to access it within the next 20 - 30 minutes. Make sure you already have uploaded your rsa-pubkey to your FAS-account. You will need to create a folder called 'public_html' and put the files there (or in any subfolder inside).
