I am one of the package owners of holland and we would like to add cgtx (FAS username) to the packagers group so he can help us maintain the package. We agree to mentor him and show him how to use the tools and follow the package guidelines.

I've added them to the packager group.

Let us know if you run into any problems.

I am still on seeing him listed here:

Is there another step I am forgetting?

Since he has been added to the packager group in the Fedora Account System, he should be able to request commit access on that pkgdb page himself.
