herlo and I are both busy with work, and David has volunteered to help shoulder the load. I have shown him how to submit build jobs and request package updates, and will continue to provide support as he gets ramped up.

I've sponsored them into the packager group.

They should be able to go to pkgdb now and request acls on the package.
