-1 from me. Package reviews are an important part of sponsorship, and three reviews is simply insufficient. I'd be happy to know that some reviews are missing from that list, but I was not able to turn up any others.

I've worked with pbrady on several issues and find him to be knowledgable and responsive. I'd be happy to vote for him to become a provenpackager. Like tibbs, however, I feel that sponsorship and package reviews go hand in hand [1]_ so I have to decline this at the moment.

With the current sponsorship for comaintainers policy[2]_ it should be very easy for comtaintainers to be sponsored by fesco and mentored by pbrady which would hopefully satisfy the need expressed in the initial comment.

OK, it's been seven days. I count five +1 votes and five -1 votes, plus one positive comment from markmc which I'm not sure was supposed to be a vote or not. Even if it were considered to be a +1, this would not pass.

I would invite pbrady to do more package review work and reapply.
