Hello.

I would like to make use of Fedora Copr build system however I have absolutely no place to host my SRPM files.

Wiki suggests to fill a ticket for "Initial package hosting request" to get space on fedorapeople.com.
Is there any other requirement I have to fulfill to get access? Thank you for your time.
