Hello. I'm requesting sponsorship for FAS user 'milleruntime'.

He's helping me test and maintain some of my big data Java packages, and I'd like to add him as a co-maintainer for rpms/accumulo and rpms/hadoop. He's relatively new to Fedora, but I've been mentoring him.

He has already been testing and contributing patches (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1389325) and has signed the Fedora CLA.
