sbueno just joined the installer team and needs the commit ACL on the anaconda component. The account system is telling me that she needs to be a provenpackager, packager, or newpackager for that to happen. After reading the wiki, I'm not sure what process to follow because this is not a new package request, but adding another team member to the anaconda component as we rotate release duties.

The component is owned by 'anaconda-maint', which I own. I will ensure she follows the Fedora packaging guidelines when she is given release lead duties. We have our own process that everyone must go through so that we are all doing builds the same way.
