Hello, I'd like to add mtamasko as a co-maintainer of the sudo, rsyslog and libcbor package. He's already helping me with developing patches and solving BZ tickets related to these packages. I'll mentor him whenever needed and I'll review his modifications to the package. Thanks!

I have sponsored mtamasko into the packager group. Once the permissions propagate he should be able to be added as a maintainer of those packages in git.
