I am the maintainer of open-eid packages collection.
According to
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_get_sponsored_into_the_packager_group#Become_a_co-maintainer
I request a proxy sponsorship for FAS @cserpentis since I am not a package sponsor and I would like to introduce him to packaging in order to make him a co-maintainer for open-eid packages collection.

Done.

Make sure they login to src.fedoraproject.org once now to pick up the group memebership and then you should be able to add them as co-maintainer.
