Hello,
I've been a packager since Fedora 3 and still actively maintaining more than 20 packages. There are a couple of people I'd like to sponsor to get involved more in the Fedora development.
Thanks, Jindrich
+1
texlive counts as 1k packages :-)
+1 as well.
FYI: List of maintained packages: https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/users/packages/jnovy?acls=owner&acls=commit
List of reviews: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/buglist.cgi?list_id=928271&classification=Fedora&emailtype1=substring&emailassigned_to1=1&query_format=advanced&email1=jnovy%40redhat.com&component=Package%20Review&product=Fedora There are 2 and both assigned to jnovy by mistake as he was submitter not reviewer.
So while he knows a lot about rpm itself (who else, when jnovy is rpm maintainer), I'm missing reviews here. So I'm adding +1 for packaging itself and -1 for reviews => 0 from me.
I must correct myself, I'm missing reviews here, too. According to the rules, that'll be a -1. So, please, please come back later, I'll be happy to +1.
So, undecided, please count me as 0.
I would definitely vote +1 too if there were at least a few reviews. According to [1] we need "five high quality, nontrivial package reviews". Since Jindrich does a great job with his packages (especially TeX Live), I don't give -1 either but tend to abstain from voting.

Folks, I've been really terrible and haven't kept up with these tickets for a while now. But this one didn't garner sufficient votes to pass, and after six weeks hadn't had any additional activity, so I'll close it out.
I think it's pretty clear that the response would be better if a few more reviews were done; feel free to open a fresh ticket in the future if that happens.
