Hello,

Per this section: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_get_sponsored_into_the_packager_group#Become_a_co-maintainer

as a non-sponsor -- but maintainer of the singularity package -- I would like to mentor user "dwd" (Dave Dykstra) as a packager for Fedora.

I have been working with Dave for several years professionally doing packages for the Open Science Grid (www.opensciencegrid.org) and would greatly appreciate his help in maintaining more packages in Fedora / EPEL.
