Garret Holms (primary cloud-init package maintainer) and I would like to add Eduardo Otubo (FAS username otubo) as a co-maintainer of the cloud-init package. Eduardo is already maintaining the RHEL cloud-init package.

Because he is not currently a member of the packager group we cannot grant him commit privileges.
