I am the package owner for .NET Core (dotnet3.1) in Fedora.

Jo Shields (FAS: directhex) is one of the upstream maintainers/contributors for .NET Core (https://github.com/dotnet). He is also a Debian Developer. He is interested in helping maintain the .NET Core package in Fedora (dotnet3.1) by becoming a co-maintainer. I am happy to mentor him when it comes to Fedora-specific things.

Would it be possible to sponsor him into the packager group?
