Stephen Medina (username: stephen144) has volunteered to assist with maintaining and improving the currently-neglected "php-manual-en" package.

Please can Stephen be added to the packagers group, following the "Become a co-maintainer" route to getting sponsored? ( https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_get_sponsored_into_the_packager_group#Become_a_co-maintainer )

I can assist with mentoring as per the above.

Sorry for the delay here. I've sponsored stephen144 in and they should be able to become a co-maintainer on that package now.

Do note that they will need to logout and login to src.fedoraproject.org to pick up the new membership...
