Issue #445: Co-maintainer request for kkoukiou - packager-sponsors

I'm requesting for @kkoukiou to be added to packagers group as per [1] so that she could help with maintenance of cockpit.

I'm already a maintainer for this package, and I'm willing to help and mentor Katerina.
She contributes to cockpit upstream.

I've added them to the packager group. They may need to logout and back on src.fedoraproject.org before you can add them as a co-maintainer.
