Background

I am the current packager of the protonvpn-cli package in Fedora. I want to add a new co-maintainer who is also an upstream developer of the original project. I have done 1x1 coaching with this co-maintainer and shared where to find important information about packaging according to the Fedora Packaging Guidelines.

The goal is to reduce my individual package load and also bring in a new co-maintainer who is more directly involved with producing the upstream software.
