#507 Adopting orphaned packages
Closed: accepted by churchyard. Opened by bytehackr.

I'm Sandipan, I wanted to become a maintainer of this orphan packages, like plantuml, python-metaextract.
I already created a PR, but the source is not updated because I don't have package maintainer permission.

PR:
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-metaextract/pull-request/5
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/plantuml/pull-request/9

@churchyard
Thanks for helping every time when I'm having a problem building those 2 packages.
Now both packages are build successfully, and I'm looking forward to the next step to take the maintainership of those 2 packages.

Thanks.

There's still some problem left with https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/plantuml/pull-request/8

I have sponsored you and assigned the two packages to you. Please read through https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Package_maintainer_responsibilities/ and feel free to reach me by email or IRC if you have questions. My contact info is at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Churchyard
