I'm trying to update the python-oauthlib pack to a recent version of upstream and I'm unable to upload a new source tarball without being added to the packagers group. Can I be added?

I will gladly sponsor @michaelanguskelly based on https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python-oauthlib/pull-request/4 -- they have shown they know packaging.

However, I don't maintain python-oauthlib -- you might need to follow https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/fesco/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers/
