Paul Murphy (@murphyp) and I co-maintain the upstream project libdfp. We would like to give him co-maintenance for the Fedora package too.
Could you sponsor him into the packager group so that he could become a co-maintainer of the libdfp package, please?

Hm, seems it doesn't allow me to add Paul to the packager group as his account is not member of the fcla group although he is a member of the ibm_cla group.

@kevin , how do we deal with such situation?

My understanding is that all the old other_cla are no longer used or desired, and they should just agree to the FPCA.
