I currently maintain libimagequant and would like to add @blinxen as a co-maintainer. He will help me updating libimagequant to the current release and packaging the newly required rust dependencies. Please add him into the packager group. I will help him to learn Fedora Packaging Guidelines and the packaging tools.

They need to agree with the FPCA in the account system before they can be added to the packager group:

"blinxen: missing user agreement: Fedora Project Contributor Agreement"
