very good job so far but one more step is needed.

You have your spec file which is great, and you successfully built it in Copr, which is optional but is IMHO very helpful. Now you need to create a package review ticket in Bugzilla:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=Fedora&format=fedora-review

And once the package is reviewed, you will need to get sponsored.

You are mostly interested in the Contributor part.

I see this was submitted for review, but it's still in progress.

Please re-open this (or actually automation will just file a new ticket once the review is approved, so you can just use that).
