I currently maintain mod_cluster and I would like to add @szappis as a co-maintainer. He needs to be added to the packager group and also needs a sponsor for that to happen. @goldmann can sponsor him so I am opening this ticket to follow the sponsorship process.

Please let me know if anything additional is needed.
