Hello @errornointernet,
please let us know if you already found a sponsor somewhere else. In
such case we can assign the correct person to this ticket and not
interfere with their process.

Feel free take this opportunity to also say a few words about
yourself. It is not mandatory so you don't have to, but it will help
us form a human connection.

Hey, Ryan here.

I haven't found a sponsor yet, so any sponsorships are welcome :)

I was a long time Arch user, but ran into tons of stability issues. So I decided to move to Fedora, and it has worked flawlessly ever since. I decided to learn about Fedora packaging since some of the programs I used weren't available in the Fedora repositories.

I have seen tons of small projects (e.g. ripdrag and timg) that have packages for lots of other distros, but not Fedora. I am interested in contributing to the Fedora community by creating Fedora packages for growing projects like these.

Sorry for the terribly long delay here. ;(

I'd be happy to sponsor you. You will need to login and out of https://src.fedoraproject.org for the new group membership to show up, then you can continue the process from https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/New_Package_Process_for_New_Contributors/#add_package_to_source_code_management_scm_system_and_set_owner

If you have any questions or problems, please drop me an email or ask in #devel:fedoraproject.org on matrix. :)

Welcome to the packagers group!
