Hello!

I'd like to adopt the now orphaned php-punic package. The existing version in Fedora is quite old, and the most recent source releases still work in Fedora 39.

I have spent most of my time in Fedora with QA, making small commits to livesys-scripts for the XFCE Live CD and updating the nagios-plugins-check-updates to support the newer EL distros. I would like to apply for sponsorship as a way to increase my involvement and experience packaging, as well as to help give back by supporting useful software.
