I'm the author of project and was maintaner of this package. The changes was not exists long time, because the new release in development and mass rebuild was successful any times.
Please, get me rights for continue maintaining package.
So, you were removed from packager due to:
https://pagure.io/find-inactive-packagers/issue/1890
In the mean time @atim has taken on the package. I have re-added you to the packager group, can you contact @atim directly to have them re-add you to the package?
Let us know if you run into any problems...

So i've taked package until this will be resolved in order to keep package in repo. Now i am trying to give package @milovidov via https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/daggy/settings#giveproject-tab but still see this error:

The package now seems to be orphaned.
You should be able to go to https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/daggy and login and there should be a 'take' button on the left. Click that and you should once again own the package.
Thank you, I'm a maintainer now again!
