Hello,
I'm requesting sponsorship to become a Fedora packager to contribute to the maintenance and packaging of LLVM and its ecosystem packages (clang, libomp, lld, libcxx, etc.) managed by the fedora-llvm-team.
I have been working at Red Hat for several years, focusing on QA tasks for LLVM among other packages. Additionally, I regularly contribute to the test repositories for LLVM and other packages within the framework. My goal is to start contributing to the team by assisting with releases.
Thanks advance, Jesus Checa
I don't think I'm technically a package sponsor, but +1 @jcheca joining the packager group. He is the architect of our testing infrastructure that we use for Fedora (repos in the tests/ namespace), and I would like to add him as a co-maintainer to the packages he has been writing tests for.
This is a co-maintainer request in case this isn't clear.
I've sponsored them into the packager group.
They will need to logout and back on to src.fedoraproject.org to pick up the new group membership.
Please let us know if there's any problems or concerns.
