I am not too familiar with the process and I followed the steps as seen upon: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/New_Package_Process_for_New_Contributors/

I already release RPMs for Fedora 42: https://github.com/lucmsilva651/NeoPlayer/releases/latest

Unfortunately, fedora does not package a electron runtime, so I don't know that your package could be included.

In any case it would need to pass through the package review process ( https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/New_Package_Process_for_New_Contributors/#create_your_review_request )

You may want to consult with the devel@lists.fedoraproject.org devel list or discussion.fedoraproject.org on options for you...
