hey!

me and oneasaladleaf are working on the pocketblue project, which is part of Fedora Mobility SIG, and provides Fedora Atomic images for mobile devices

our goal is to maintain zero downstream packages, and we decided to start upstreaming from qbootctl package

i need a packager role for maintaing that package, and i want @oneasaladleaf as a co-maintainer
