I'd like to maintain the remctl package as I'm already doing so for a vendored version of the package at my place of employment.

I see the package is marked "dead' on the rawhide branch, but I'm only interested in the EPEL10 version. Please let me know if this requires a new review request instead.

It needs a full review and maintenance in Fedora since it has been retired for years. EPEL packages need to exist in Fedora in some form.
