Sebastian kindly offered to help me maintaining [https://apps.fedoraproject.org/packages/InsightToolkit InsightToolkit] and has already sent me some corrections to the spec file. I would like to give him commit acces so he can work on the package independently of me.

I'm willing to mentor him and help him with the guidelines as per
https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/How_to_get_sponsored_into_the_packager_group#Become_a_co-maintainer

but I'm not a sponsor myself, so I need someone else to add him to the packager group.
