On the page https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Systemd is a mistake. All packages with initscript should have BuildRequires: systemd-units, but that's not true since F-18 according to https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:ScriptletSnippets#Systemd.

Also I wonder if it's needed to specifically mention systemd when Fedora doesn't have any other init supported.
