https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Architecture_Build_Failures lists bug trackers for architecture specific build failures. Recently promoted ppc64le architecture does not have the tracker. I recommend to create the tracker bug report and add it into the guidelines.

The tracker bug report for ppc64le is https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1051573.

I added a link to the appropriate section. It would have been nice to keep the same naming convention as the other tracker tickets, so I added an alias. I didn't realize you could have multiple aliases for one bugzilla ticket now.
