https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Guidelines#Architecture_Build_Failures mentions three PCC bug tracking bugs, but according to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1051573#c1 only https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1071880 / https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=PPCTracker is used nowadays for ppc64 and ppc64le - ppc is no longer a Fedora arch afaik.
+1 to just doing it, although keeping ppc64 and ppc64le separate might make sense, too, because of the difference in endianness. Either that, or there could be a separate bug for big-endian arches.
+1 also, I say go for it. Let us know what you go with and we'll update the Guidlines, no draft needed IMO.
AFAICS @sharkcz and others decided to use the single bug tracker. I just stumbled upon the contraction between the guidelines and the actual situation.
