This is not a guideline as such, but some references to the procedure. The GuidelinesTodo states it is now defunct and (after some redirects) points here, but there are several pages linked to it.

The main ones being step three of the Guideline Change Procedure and the agenda link in Packaging guidelines drafts.

It appears I could edit these myself, but I do not know where exactly the links should go as this repo might be a bit too generic.

I cleaned things up a bit. Not going to bother editing personal pages or meeting minutes, though. I imagine most of this stuff will simply go away when the guidelines move out of the wiki.
