src.fedoraproject.org shows the latest stable and testing builds associated with a SRPM for known releases, e.g. https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/qt5

epel8-next is not shown though, while all current Fedora and EPEL releases are, as well as ELN. As CentOS Stream ramps up and the traditional CentOS 8 EOLs at the end of the year, it's probably important to have this branch shown, as some EPEL packages (e.g. the Qt stack) already need to be rebuilt for Stream.
