might be simpler to understand if you make this a positive test. Rename nosearch into search and test for if search instead of if not nosearch

if you rename this search make it default to false

Basically, i won't want the user to use this option by default. By using this option, user doesn't want pgimport to search all the commits and look for emails. --nosearch makes sense to me then.
